Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location and selected shipping method.
Estimated delivery times:
Domestic orders: 5–10 business days
International orders: 10–20 business days

We currently ship to select international locations.

Lost, Delayed, or Damaged Packages
Boss Ink Collective is not responsible for lost or stolen packages once marked as delivered.
If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the item and packaging.
Incorrect Shipping Information
Please ensure your shipping address is correct before placing your order.
Boss Ink Collective is not responsible for orders shipped to an incorrect address provided by the customer.
If an order is returned to us due to an incorrect address, additional shipping fees may apply.
